Valley 8.25" x 10.1875" wooden push chute door without a push chute opening.  

If you have a Valley ZD-4 to present coin-operated table with the coin mechanism disabled, or a bill-acceptor table for which you want ONLY to use the DBA door, here is a clean way to close off a now-unnecessary opening.
